Join our front-line team and be the face of Slim Chickens! Team members are responsible for taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Food safety certification preferred

Kitchen Cook

Full-Time

We're looking for experienced cooks to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing our famous chicken, sides, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Must be available for various shifts including weekends

Shift Supervisor

Assistant Manager

Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, financial reporting, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in food service
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Delivery Driver

Part-Time / Full-Time

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
